Today, I'm excited to welcome Gina Trimmer to The Sisterhood of Sweat podcast. Gina is a Southern Utah boy mama times three and a proud mama to her baby girl. For the past eight years, Gina and her family have been living an unconventional lifestyle, traveling to over 68 countries. The journey began after they eliminated $700,000 in debt and retired by the age of 35. Gina is dedicated to empowering women through her coaching community, Revitalized Womanhood, encouraging them to embrace life's moments, both big and small, and live with purpose, joy, and authenticity. I'm looking forward to diving into Gina's inspiring story and the powerful insights she has to share with our community. Questions Asked by Linda: What do you want that was a big theme? What do you have in your hand? How can women dial in on their "why" to drive their dreams? How can women overcome the fear of showing up as their authentic selves? How can women build a supportive community and let go of relationships that don't serve them? How can women embrace imperfection and not try to live up to unrealistic standards? Quotes by Gina: "If you're not there championing for yourself, no one else is going to do it." "You have to be able to take it back to the studs and say, I'm going to just start trying something today." "You cannot, at the same time, complain about something and be in gratitude. The two can't exist together." "It's a constant work, we're constantly, consistently working on the things that we want to be better at each day." "I give you permission. My I literally posted a story last night and I was kissing my new baby and she threw up in my mouth, and I'm like, yep, that just happened." "None of us are perfect at it. None of us are masters at it. It's, we're it's just a constant work, right? It's we're constantly, consistently working on the things that we want to be better at each day."
