Something that really bugs me is advisors struggling to have a conversation on the phone with customers, warranties, and other businesses. Managers in the industry need to take better initiative in training the advisors that are new and keeping up with continued education, but also Service Advisors, you need to want to learn more. The more you know the better you will be.
