  • Let's Look Back & Learn
    Send Kelly a text when you click here, or stop by Kellytibbitts.comAs we step into 2025, let’s  take time to breathe, reflect on past experiences, and dream about our future goals.  Instead of starting over every year or having unfinished goals get automatically recycled,  let’s first look back at what we already decided what we already tried and what needs to be changed and updated.  With curiosity rather than judgement, consider what didn’t work, what needs tweaking, or what might need a bit more of an overhaul. Finally, with gratitude, celebrate what worked well and what goals were reached.Main points: Spend some time reflecting on the past week, month, season, and year.Ask questions and consider with curiosity rather than self condemnation: What worked? What didn’t work? What could be done differently?Consider your goal setting system itself- sometimes the systems we set up do not work for us any longer.  OR maybe it’s a matter of how we measure success?Use the info you gathered during your reflection to make your plan for 2025.   • Re-release Goal Setting Reset
    Send Kelly a text when you click here, or stop by Kellytibbitts.comFor 2025, we can create a meaningful approach to goal setting, moving away from the “all or nothing” mindset.  We can create a life of aligned energy when we achieve results through consistent, small steps rather than radical changes. Dedicating 90 minutes daily to your most important goal for 90 days can lead to significant growth. A dream becomes a goal when it's written down, and breaking a goal into actionable steps creates a plan that leads to reality. Take a moment to list what you dream about in various aspects of your life.  Pick one significant dream to focus on over the next three months. Determine a goal related to that dream, ensuring it stretches out over several years to allow for a gradual approach.  Set smaller, incremental goals that lead toward the larger dream.
