I did a quick trip update at the start, including a brief discussion of how to get yourself stuck in ice when you are 54 feet long and 13.5 feet tall and weigh 24,000 pounds. But most of the program was a discussion of last night's dialogue with Dr. Yasir Qadhi at the mosque in Flower Mound, what we discussed, and, more importantly, how we approach the task of being a Christian witness to our Muslim friends and neighbors. Then I discussed the slanderous video produced by @onlythus on Instagram, and reposted by @AlexDuncanTX lying about Dr. Qadhi in a very obvious and surface level way, and how this is utterly in opposition to Christian calling and practice. Finally, at the end of the hour, I commented on Joel Webbon's lame response to Doug Wilson and his incessant use of the "victim card."

Could have done an RFG today since we covered a Frank Turek clip and made some comments about Kevin Thompson and Ephesians 1:4 (might play the whole clip next week), but we also had to talk about how you need an IQ above 130, and a very high testosterone level, to understand how smashingly brilliant Joel Webbon and his crew actually is. We also addressed some Dan McClellan nonsense as well. Last in-studio program until we are on the road next week!

Will confess, we sort of wandered a bit today given the constant drum beat of division and moral insanity in our culture. Eventually got to the church invasion on Sunday in St. Paul, Minnesota, and what it might indicate we could be facing in the years to come. We plan on doing another program Thursday, and then I leave for Dallas and Baton Rouge, so the schedule next week will be variable. Make sure to download the A&O app to stay aware of the schedule!

As promised, I looked over the "Sacralism on Steroids" graphic put out by the "New Christian Right" putting Donald Trump as Constantine (seriously) and noted the simplistic history that always accompanies these kinds of movements. Then we looked at the variant at 1 Timothy 3:16 as it was addressed by my upcoming debate opponent, Dr. Dustin Smith, in a recent podcast. Today's program has a fair amount of graphical information so audio only folks might be missing out on some things.

We started off the program with the major announcement of the scheduling of a major debate later in 2026 with Craig Truglia on the topic of the veneration of icons and the Seventh Ecumenical Council. I explained why this is a vital topic with greater ramifications than might first suggest themselves. Then we transitioned into some of Matthew Barrett's students converting to Anglicanism and where this might all lead. We will do another program tomorrow, so join us then!
